2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to create and manage user accounts; provide forums, blogs, chat rooms, Guilds, events, private messages, photo galleries, file uploads, and academy features; display user profiles and public community content; maintain site security; prevent abuse, spam, harassment, or unauthorized access; moderate community activity; improve site performance and user experience; analyze general site usage; respond to privacy or support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Public Content and Community Areas

The Jediism Way is a community-based website. Content you post in public or shared areas may be visible to other users or the public, depending on the feature and its settings. This may include forum posts, comments, blog posts, profile information, photos, uploaded files, Guild activity, event participation, and chat room messages. Private messages are intended to be private between the participants, but they may still be stored by the site and may be accessed by administrators if necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of community rules.

4. Account Deletion and Content Retention

Users may delete their own accounts. When an account is deleted, the account may be removed or anonymized, but content created by the user may remain on the site. This includes forum posts, comments, blogs, chat messages, uploaded files, photos, and other community contributions. This is because community discussions often rely on the continuity of past posts and replies. Users may contact us at privacy@thejediismway.net to request review of specific content. We may retain certain information when needed for security, abuse prevention, moderation history, legal compliance, backup systems, dispute resolution, or site integrity.

These emails are necessary to operate user accounts and help users access the site securely. At this time, The Jediism Way does not send newsletters, marketing emails, promotional emails, or routine announcement emails. If those types of emails are added in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated, and users may be given appropriate email preference or unsubscribe options where required.

7. Uploaded Files and Photos

Users may upload photos, images, and files to the website. Uploaded content may be visible to others depending on where it is posted, may remain stored on the website, and may be removed by administrators if it violates site rules.
