4. Review and Removal Process
When The Jediism Way receives a copyright complaint, we may review the reported content and take
appropriate action. This may include removing, hiding, disabling access to, or restricting the content while the
matter is reviewed.
The Jediism Way may also notify the user who posted the content and may provide information about the
complaint when appropriate.
Removal of content does not necessarily mean that The Jediism Way has made a final legal determination
about copyright ownership or infringement. It means the content has been removed or restricted under this
policy or in response to a copyright concern.
5. Disputing a Copyright Takedown
If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was
a mistake, you may dispute the takedown by emailing:

Your dispute should include:

- Any proof that you created the content, own the content, have permission to use it, or are otherwise legally
allowed to post it; and

The Jediism Way will review disputes in good faith, but we are not required to restore content. Decisions may
depend on the information provided, the nature of the content, applicable law, and the safety and integrity of
the community.
6. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly post, upload, or share copyrighted material without permission may be suspended or
permanently banned from The Jediism Way.
The Jediism Way may also remove or restrict content, disable uploads, limit account features, or take other
moderation action when a user repeatedly violates copyright rules or this policy.
7. False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaints and disputes should be made honestly and in good faith. Submitting false, misleading,
abusive, or bad-faith copyright claims or disputes may result in removal of content, account restrictions,
suspension, or banning.
Users should not use copyright claims as a tool to harass others, silence criticism, interfere with community
discussions, or gain control over content they do not own.

Materials created by or for The Jediism Way, including materials for the Kharis Institute of the Jedi Way, may
be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless The Jediism Way gives written permission, academy lessons and site materials may not be copied,
reposted, sold, republished, redistributed, or used commercially outside The Jediism Way.
Users may use academy materials for personal learning only, unless The Jediism Way clearly states
otherwise in writing.
