- The content is in the public domain; or

Users may not upload or share copyrighted text, images, music, video, files, documents, graphics, software,

lessons, course materials, or other content unless they have the legal right to do so.

concerns, enforce site rules, or comply with applicable law.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on The Jediism Way infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright complaint

to:

dmca@thejediismway.net

To help us review your complaint, please include as much of the following information as possible:

- Your full name or the name of the copyright owner you represent;

- Your email address and any other appropriate contact information;

- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;

- The exact URL or location of the content on The Jediism Way that you believe is infringing;

- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner,

the copyright owner's agent, or the law;

- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate;

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on

behalf of the copyright owner; and

- Your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed legal name.

Incomplete reports may delay review. The Jediism Way may request additional information before taking

action.

4. Review and Removal Process

When The Jediism Way receives a copyright complaint, we may review the reported content and take

appropriate action. This may include removing, hiding, disabling access to, or restricting the content while the

matter is reviewed.

The Jediism Way may also notify the user who posted the content and may provide information about the

complaint when appropriate.

Removal of content does not necessarily mean that The Jediism Way has made a final legal determination

about copyright ownership or infringement. It means the content has been removed or restricted under this

policy or in response to a copyright concern.

5. Disputing a Copyright Takedown

If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was

a mistake, you may dispute the takedown by emailing:

dmca@thejediismway.net

Your dispute should include:

- Your username;

- The content that was removed or restricted;

- The URL or location where the content appeared, if known;

- A clear explanation of why you believe the removal was a mistake;

- Any proof that you created the content, own the content, have permission to use it, or are otherwise legally

allowed to post it; and

- Your contact information.

The Jediism Way will review disputes in good faith, but we are not required to restore content. Decisions may

depend on the information provided, the nature of the content, applicable law, and the safety and integrity of

the community.

6. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly post, upload, or share copyrighted material without permission may be suspended or

permanently banned from The Jediism Way.

The Jediism Way may also remove or restrict content, disable uploads, limit account features, or take other

moderation action when a user repeatedly violates copyright rules or this policy.

7. False or Misleading Claims

Copyright complaints and disputes should be made honestly and in good faith. Submitting false, misleading,

abusive, or bad-faith copyright claims or disputes may result in removal of content, account restrictions,

suspension, or banning.

Users should not use copyright claims as a tool to harass others, silence criticism, interfere with community

discussions, or gain control over content they do not own.

8. Academy Materials and Site Content

Materials created by or for The Jediism Way, including materials for the Kharis Institute of the Jedi Way, may

be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unless The Jediism Way gives written permission, academy lessons and site materials may not be copied,

reposted, sold, republished, redistributed, or used commercially outside The Jediism Way.

Users may use academy materials for personal learning only, unless The Jediism Way clearly states

otherwise in writing.

9. No Legal Advice

This policy is provided for site administration and community management purposes. It is not legal advice. If

you have questions about copyright law, your rights, or your obligations, you should consult a qualified

attorney.
